The one thing I have to put up with as a blog writer is the outrageous comments I get at times. Thankfully I set all my comments to be moderated. Just today I got a very long winded comment at my dog blog about "how I just happened to stumble across your blog and find it wonderful , blah, blah, blah....". That part was fine. It was the part that the commenter went on to describe their weight loss adventure and would love to exchange links to their weight loss blog, complete with several links. Hello!, did you happen to notice that you commented on a blog about dogs? That comment got deleted.
People, will you please have some respect for the blogs you comment on? If you want people to come and visit your blog then show some intelligence. Also if you write a comment like a 5th grader you had better be a 5th grader. No one will bother to check out who wrote the comment if you write like a child unless they are a pervert of some kind.
Commenting on another person's blog can work for you or against you. Be wise and intelligent and make it work for you.
