Small cars are a HOT item

Well I thought I would never see the day when an old commuter car would fetch more now than it did when it was new nearly 17 years ago. That is what has been happening on eBay and all over the place at dealerships across the country. If the car is small and gets more than 30 MPG then the price of it has just jumped. One TV station in Portland Oregon reported that a local dealership added $17K to the regular retail price of a new hybrid car just because they could get it. My little Chevy Prism must be worth it's weight in gold by now.
